- On April 4, 2009, David Jacob Kaplan, loving son of Dr.Mark Kaplan and Nancy Kaplan,PT,(nee Polack); devoted brother of Michael Kaplan; cherished grandson of the late Dr. Robert and Beverly Polack and the late Milton and Gertrude Kaplan; step-grandson of Celia Polack; survived by many loving members of the Polack and Kaplan families.
Funeral services and interment will be held at Beth El Memorial Park - Randallstown, on Monday, April 6, at 4 PM. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Jewish Recovery Houses 3723 Old Court Rd Baltimore, MD 21208.
