- On Thursday, April 11, 2013; Marjorie Broder Rosenthal of Olney, MD; beloved wife of the late Dr. Nathan Rosenthal; devoted mother of Joanne (Paul) Levine, Stuart (Karin) Rosenthal, Barbara (Louis) Ritter and Amy (Adam) Goldstein; dear sister of Elisabeth (Rabbi Joseph) Friedman and Ann (Henry) Jacobs; loving daughter of Frances Broder and the late Simon Broder. Also survived by nine grandchildren and her caregiver, Adama Jallow. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, April 14 at 10 a.m. at Congregation Tifereth Israel, 7701 16th Street NW, Washington, DC. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Family will observe Shiva following the burial. Contributions may be made to Tifereth Israel or the Humane Society, humanesociety.org. Arrangements by Hines Rinaldi Funeral Home, Inc. under the Jewish Funeral Practices Committee of Greater Washington Contract.
