- On Tuesday, May 2, 2006, MARY OSHINSKY SCHNEIDER of Chevy Chase, MD. Devoted wife of the late Charles Oshinsky and Jack Schneider; beloved mother of Anita (Burton) Reiner, Bernice (Joel) Breslau, William (Ruth) Oshinsky and Edward (Carol) Oshinsky; dear sister of Irene Sherman; proud and loving grandmother of 23 and great-grandmother of 26. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2006, 1 p.m. at B'nai Israel Congregation, 6301 Montrose Rd., Rockville, MD 20852. Interment following at B'nai Israel Congregation Cemetery, Oxon Hill, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Foundation for Group Homes, the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Charles and Mary Oshinsky Memorial Fund for Ballet Production or to the charity of your choice. Shiva will be observed at the home of Anita and Burton Reiner. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001. (Endorsed by the Rabbinical Council of Washington).
