    • MURRAY DAVID SHUSTER Murray Shuster passed away peacefully on June 21, 2009 at the age of 81 years. Murray is survived by his daughter Sara (Bob), son Harold (Jane), grandson Aidan, and son Steven (Ada), grandson Joshua. Murray will also be sadly missed by his brother-in-law Lawrence as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Murray was predeceased by his parents Harry and Fanny, his wife Esther of 50 years, brothers Bill and Jerome and sisters Jerry and Dorothy. Murray was born August 11, 1927 in Beausejour, Manitoba. He spent all of his life in Beausejour and contributed greatly to the community. Murray and his brother Jerome ran the family business H. Shuster Sons from 1955 until 1992. During all of these years Murray was involved in the Jaycees, Winter Farewell and the Canadian Power Toboggan Championship events. Throughout their life together, they took great delight in entertaining friends and family, and events at 515 Pacific Avenue were always memorable. Their yard and garden was also a source of great pleasure for both of them. In his retirement, Murray spent many hours in his workshop creating some of his own interesting inventions, as well as items for his grandsons. Murray and Esther also had numerous summertime years of fun at Hillside Beach where they made many lasting friendships. For the past 12 years, Murray has been a wonderful Zaida to Aidan. As well for the past eight years, an exceptional Zai Zai to Joshua. His patience, caring and love for his grandsons will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. The family would like to thank the staff at The Simkin Centre, which had been Murray's home for the past couple of months, for...
