- Sol Landau, 94, of Atlanta, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 22, 2011. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Dorothy; and is survived by his children: Robert Landau and his wife, Sheila; Donna Sylvan and her husband, Jim; Sheila Margolis and her husband, Mike; Debra Miller and her husband, Richard; brother, Dave and his wife, Fran; grandchildren: Brad and Lindsey Margolis, Amanda and Greg Walling, Brian and Elanor Miller, Meredith and Geoffrey Gartner, Jessica Margolis, Allison and David Lazarus; and great-grandsons: Grayson Margolis and Sutton Walling. A graveside service was held September 23 at Greenwood Cemetery with Rabbi Neal Sandler officiating.
