Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2013, 1 p.m. at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St., NW, Washington, DC. Interment following at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, Clarksburg, MD. Shiva will be observed at the late residence through Tuesday, beginning at 7:30 p.m. each evening. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles and Mary Oshinsky Apartment Program at The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes, 1500 E. Jefferson St., Rockville, MD 20852.
