- Lawrence Miller, of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, at the age of 79. He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Miller (nee Schulman); his loving children, Abraham David (Jaclyn) Miller-Barbarow and Deborah Ellen Miller; his devoted siblings, Michael (Joanne) Miller and Ann Miller (Myron) Baker; and his cherished grandchildren, Emily Miller-Barbarow and Ezra Miller-Barbarow. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Selma and Morton Miller.
Larry was a dedicated and influential teacher at Baltimore City College, where he inspired generations of students with his passion, kindness, and unwavering commitment to education. His impact extended far beyond the classroom—he touched countless lives, and it often felt as though everyone knew and adored him. His legacy lives on in the many people he guided, supported, and influenced throughout his remarkable career.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, December 5th, 2025, at 1PM. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Maryland Food Bank, Attn: Donor Services, 2200 Halethorpe Farms Road, Baltimore, MD 21227. The family will be in mourning at 3615 Woodvalley Drive, Pikesville, MD 21208 on Friday following the interment, and on Sunday and Monday afternoon. Please check back for updated shiva information.
